Project & Contract Terms

  • Every website or application project is governed by a signed work agreement (Scope of Work, timeline, payment structure, technical specifications).
  • Development begins only after contract approval and initial payment confirmation.
  • Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved product transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Refund Policy

Refund may be granted if:

  • The delivered product significantly fails to meet the approved contract scope.
  • A critical technical issue exists and XLIN is unable to provide a solution.
  • The project has not progressed beyond the initial planning phase.

Refund will NOT be granted if:

  • The client changes requirements after contract approval.
  • The project has been completed according to agreed specifications.
  • A dispute is opened without first contacting XLIN support.

Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation by contacting our support team. For ongoing maintenance or support agreements, cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle.
